HOW TO GET A COMMISSION

➢ Read my Terms of Service and check out my full Price Sheet/Portfolio to figure out what kind of art you want.
➢ Send your request in an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include what kind of art commission you want as well as any relevant images, references or lore.
➢ Wait for a response to confirm your order. I may ask questions for clarification.
➢ Once your order is confirmed, you will be asked to send your PayPal email.
➢ An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal once you send your email.
➢ You'll make a payment and I'll begin working on your commission. You can view progress on your commission on my Trello.
➢ I'll send you a rough sketch and wait for you to approve it.
➢ Once approved, I'll work on finishing your commission and send you progress updates throughout. Turnaround time can vary depending on complexity, current commission queue and life circumstances. Contact me for updates on your commission at any point.
➢ Upon completion, you'll receive high quality, watermark-free file(s) of your commission along with any alternates (if applicable).

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and entirely agree to the terms of service listed below. Failure to abide by these terms may result in refunds, a blacklist from my commission list, and/or legal action.

➢ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time for any reason.
➢ All payments must be made through PayPal invoice. I do not accept other forms of payment.
➢ Payment must be made upfront before I begin working.
➢ All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
➢ Commissions are completed on a first come, first serve basis.
➢ You may not edit, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise use my art for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
➢ You may not sell, market, advertise, promote, propose or otherwise use my art for any purpose whatsoever for, on behalf of, in favour of, or otherwise in connection with any NFT's/crypto company or organization.
➢ You may not use my art in any format or manner whatsoever for generative AI data training or use it to market, advertise or promote generative AI models.
➢ You may not edit, animate or reproduce my art with AI.
➢ You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a commission.
➢ You must have one or more clear visual references for any character art implicated in any commission. Text descriptions alone, unclear/blurry images and AI generated images will not be accepted.
➢ All commissions will come with a transparent, solid colour or simple gradient background unless otherwise specified.
➢ Any/All commissions may be posted to my socials and/or portfolio and parts of the creation process may be streamed and/or recorded at my discretion.

TURNAROUND

Turnaround time will vary depending on several factors including my circumstances affecting my personal life, my profession, and the complexity of the commission. I will make an effort to set expectations with you if I accept a commission, but you should be aware that unforeseen circumstances may have an impact on turnaround time. I will make best efforts to contact you if anything comes up that may prevent or delay me from working on art commissions. Please feel free to contact me for updates on your commission.

USE POLICY

All commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial use fee is paid.

Examples of Personal Use (✔):
➢ Using my art as a profile picture or banner for social media.
➢ Sharing my art within your personal community.Examples of Commercial Use (✘):
➢ Selling prints, stickers, shirts and other merchandise featuring my art.
➢ Using my art for any reason whatsoever and/or in any format whatsoever for/on behalf of/in favour of any commercial/business/nonprofit venture whatsoever without my explicit permission.
➢ Putting my art behind a "pay wall" (as that term is typically used/meant).
➢ Profiting from my art in any way.

REVISION POLICY

➢ Clients are entitled to three free revisions during the "rough draft" phase.
➢ Extra "rough draft" revisions beyond the three free revisions will be priced at $10 USD per revision.
➢ Revisions past the "rough draft" phase will be priced at $20 USD per revision.

REFUND POLICY

Full refunds are available if:

➢ No work has been completed within a month of a commission having been paid for and you request a refund.
➢ No work has been completed and I cancel the commission.

Partial refunds are available if appropriate.
